COACH ZHA

Effective September 18, 2026

Commitment Club Terms

Membership and access

Commitment Club is an educational accountability and wellness community. Enrollment includes the digital resources, group experiences and community access described on the sales page.

Monthly membership

The $59 monthly option is charged at enrollment and renews automatically on the member's monthly billing date until cancelled. Members must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not create a refund for the current billing period.

September Lock-In Rate

The $219 September Lock-In Rate is available through September 30, 2026 and provides access through December 31, 2026. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Receipts, billing details and cancellation

Stripe sends a receipt to the email address used at checkout. Members who need a replacement receipt, want to review their billing details or wish to cancel a monthly subscription may email zha@coachzha.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to prevent the next automatic charge.

Digital delivery and refunds

Community access and digital materials are delivered after enrollment. Because access to digital resources begins immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when Coach Zha cancels the experience without providing a reasonable replacement.

Participation and session recordings

Commitment Club is designed as a participatory accountability experience. Members receive the most value by using the prompts, sharing receipts, asking for support and attending live sessions when possible. Participation is encouraged but is not a condition of billing. Live sessions may be recorded, but a recording is not guaranteed for every session. When a recording is unavailable, Coach Zha may provide a written recap or other replacement resource.

Community conduct

Members must protect privacy, avoid harassment and hate speech, and refrain from unsolicited promotion. Access may be removed for conduct that threatens the safety or purpose of the community.

Educational disclaimer

Commitment Club does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice or individualized financial advice. Members are responsible for choosing commitments appropriate for their own health, circumstances and capacity.

Intellectual property

The Great Lock-In Journal, Receipt Method materials, session recordings and community resources are for the purchasing member's personal use and may not be copied, resold or distributed.
